Orders, pricing, and payment
- We sell and ship only within the United States. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited stock. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required.
Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated terms (expiration, minimums, usage limits), have no cash value, and generally cannot be combined unless stated. Affiliate store credit codes are governed by our Affiliate Program Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Governing law
BioCoreTN LLC d/b/a Music City Skin is based in Gallatin, Tennessee. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee,, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
