We want you to love your skin and your Music City Skin products. Here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns on unopened products
- Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not returnable, except for damaged or defective items (see below).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page at https://musiccityskin.com/contact within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue (we may ask for photos). We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whether or not the product has been opened.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page at https://musiccityskin.com/contact with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions, including where to send the item. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or approve a damaged/defective claim). Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Discounted and promotional items
Refunds are for the amount actually paid. Free gifts or promotional items may need to be returned with qualifying purchases.
