Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Rates and delivery
- Standard shipping: $10.00 flat rate on all US orders, regardless of order size or discount codes. Typically 2–7 business days in transit after shipment (in addition to processing time).
- We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your carrier and tracking number.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date through our Contact page at https://musiccityskin.com/contact. If your order arrives damaged, send us your order number and a description through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
